This workshop empowers participants to take an active role in creating safer, more supportive systems for survivors. Attendees will learn how to recognize retraumatization, respond with compassion and accountability, and advocate for survivor-centered policies and practices. By the end of the session, participants will have the knowledge and tools to be effective advocates within their organizations and communities.
